If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange for an exchange or a refund. You will be responsible for returning the item in its original condition along with the return shipping costs.
Please allow 28 days from dispatch date for orders to arrive in case of delivery delays or items being held up in customs. If you have not received your item within 28 days please contact me as soon as possible.
All items will be delivered in a sealed cellophane bag. Depending on the size of the item, it will either be sent in a jewellery box or attached to a decorative gift tag.
